AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are DMM Trade Kft ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in Hungary at 10 Andrássy Avenue, __________, Budapest 1061.

We operate the website https://www.dmmtrade.com (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

DMM Trade, a Budapest-based company founded in 2024. We specialize in supplying high-quality wooden products to Hungary and Europe. Our product range includes plywood, MF-MDF, raw MDF, laminate flooring, HPL, and wood veneer edge banding.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by [email protected], as stated in the email message. By making a Contribution, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your name) for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions, and grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing.

You represent and warrant that:

you own all rights to your Contributions or have the right to grant us the rights to your Contributions as described in these Legal Terms;
your Contributions are accurate, not misleading, and do not violate these Legal Terms or any applicable laws;
your Contributions do not cause injury to any person or entity;
your Contributions are not defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
your Contributions do not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By making Contributions to the Services, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose and in any media format, now known or hereafter devised.

You also grant us the right to use any content or materials you provide to us in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials for our Services.

7. ADVERTISERS

The Services may contain advertisements or other promotional content. The advertisers and third parties that provide these advertisements are solely responsible for their content and the products or services they promote. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any advertisements or promotional content. 8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including for any use of the Services that we believe violates these Legal Terms.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may, in our sole discretion, remove or delete your account and any information or content associated with it.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at our sole discretion and without notice. However, we are not obligated to update any information on our Services. These Legal Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services shall be instituted in the courts located in Budapest, Hungary. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Budapest, Hungary for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services.

14. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Services, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information at any time, without prior notice.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Legal Terms.
